Call Forwarding
What is call forwarding?
With Call Forwarding, you can redirect incoming calls to another user name, mobile or landline number.
Call Forwarding means you can answer your Internetcalls when you're not online. If you're expecting an important call, just
add your (mobile) phone number, or another username in the callforwarding settings in your client.
Note: Call forwarding is currently only available in the latest version of Internetcalls.
I set up call forwarding but it doesn't work?
If you are forwarding your calls to a phone number, make sure you have sufficient credit in
your account. Forwarded calls will be charged according to our regular VoIP-Out rates. Forwarded calls to another username are FREE!
If you have sufficient credit and the call isn't being forwarded please make sure that the number you are forwarding to is
entered correctly, using the full international dialing prefix for that number, for instance: 0049 221 1234567.
How do I activate call forwarding?
To set up Call Forwarding, you'll need the latest version of the Internetcalls application. You can divert your calls via the callforwarding option in the "start" tab. For advanced settings, open the Tools -> Options window in the application and you'll be able to modify your settings under the Call Settings tab.
